Refund and Cancellation Policy

All event registrations and ticket purchases made through Tulsa TCG are final and non refundable.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a reservation for a specific event, date, and division. Refunds are not provided for no shows, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or rule disagreements.

Event Cancellation

If an event is canceled by the organizer, Tulsa TCG will issue a refund to the original payment method unless the event page clearly states an alternative resolution.

Organizer Responsibility

Tulsa TCG provides ticketing services only. Event operations and decisions are the responsibility of the organizer.
